Great program! I would add a question of whether the designer is using an NFPA 13 or 13R system. This will affect area increases.

S-1 building type (inb2006)requires sprinkler at floor area/fire area greater than 12000 sf.....a storage area larger than 100 sf within other occupancies must be sprinkled. there is a bit of a confusing overlap in the codecomply, good work however.
